*A well_known persian line: “Anchenan ra anchenan_tar mikonad”
Cafe Vand emerged from the heart of an old neighborhood in Mashhad—a place that once overflowed with stories and everyday life, but was gradually fading into silence and neglect. Yet the pulse of the district, much like its people, never truly stopped. It only needed care and attention to be revived again.
The name Vand was chosen for its linguistic resonance in Persian, where it appears in words such as peyvand (connection), avand, and khodavand—all carrying a sense of continuity, flow, and living extension. Through this name, we aim to bring back that sense of connection to streets and alleys: a bond between past and present that can breathe life into a neighborhood once more.
Cafe Vand welcomes all hamvandan—the shared ones. The student returning from school, the middle-aged man running a luxury car showroom, the passerby escaping a dull workday, and the neighbor seeking a new beginning over a cup of high-quality morning coffee.
کافه وند از دل یک محلهٔ قدیمی در مشهد جان گرفت؛ جایی که روزگاری پر از قصه و زندگی بود، اما رو به خاموشی و فرسودگی میرفت. قلب محله مثل آدمهایش هنوز میتپید، اما به کمی مراقبت و توجه نیاز داشت تا دوباره زنده شود.
نام «وند» را انتخاب کردیم، چون در زبان فارسی کلماتی را مثل «پیوند»، «آوند» و «خداوند» خلق میکند که همگی نشان از تداوم و جریان زندگی دارند. ما میخواهیم همین حس را به کوچه و خیابان برگردانیم؛ حسی از پیوند گذشته با امروز که دوباره به یک محله جان میدهد.
کافه وند میزبان تمامی هموندان است؛ دانشآموزی که از مدرسه برمیگردد، مردی میانسال که یک نمایشگاه ماشین لوکس را اداره میکند، رهگذری که کار اداری کسلکنندهاش را انجام داده است و همسایهای که میخواهد روز جدیدی را شروع کند و بهدنبال قهوهٔ باکیفیت صبحگاهی میگردد.
