An extension of a good experience


LimoHost had launched its customer club, LimoClub, and to promote it, the brand ran a campaign that ultimately included physical gifts sent to users.

In this project, we faced two main challenges:
The packaging boxes had to reflect the brand’s visual identity.
The rewards varied significantly, requiring boxes in different sizes.

The campaign slogan, “The continuation of a good experience,” was provided by the LimoHost team. It directly referenced the brand’s core motto: “A good hosting experience.” Inspired by this idea, we imagined LimoHost as a lemon tree that eventually reaches something refreshing and enjoyable—lemonade—as a natural continuation of the lemon itself, or even a transformed version of an earlier experience.

To complete this narrative, we designed a booklet that explained the journey of a lemon tree—from harvesting fruit to transforming it into a refreshing lemonade—for the recipients of the gifts. In the end, we invited them to join this “new lemonade,” meaning LimoClub. Additionally, for recipients located in our city where delivery was possible, we included a bottle of real lemonade alongside the gift to create a more tangible extension of the experience.

To establish a cohesive visual identity across the packaging, we designed labels centered around the slogan “The continuation of a good experience.” These labels illustrated the story visually—starting with a lemon tree and ending with a glass of lemonade. This system allowed us to create a unified identity across boxes of different sizes, maintaining consistency regardless of variation.
